Whenever I try to uninstall Spy Sweeper, I get a prompt saying the uninstall program doesn't exist (same result whether I do this through Start menu or Add or Remve Programs). I DLed Ccleaner and Revo but they don't uninstall it either. I also tried reinstalling and then uninstalling but the installation cannot be completed because of an error. Using the cd won't do the trick either; it cannot complete installation (error message). What may have caused this is a recent system restore that I had executed to prevent the progression of a virus after Spy Sweeper had already been uninstalled (I think). I'm not sure but is it possible that that had something to do with it? Please help me get rid of this crappy program. forex robot

My sons have an HP one year old laptop running Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Of course, just turned a year old two days ago and warranty is now up. There is not a lot of software on this thing. I installed ESET Nod32 and it runs well. I just scanned and there are no threats found. No popups are appearing in IE. There is no sign of a virus anywhere. There are multiple problems that I cannot figure out. When we try to shut the computer down, it gets stuck in Logging Off screen. I try Ctrl Alt Delete to bring up Task Manager but it will not appear. I get the Icon down in the lower right part of the screen, but cannot click on it to open it up. I tried to do a System Restore. I select it, but nothing happens. When I try doing it all over again, it says that it is already running, but it is not. I have tried uninstalling things they dont need but the uninstall freezes up also and when i hit cancel, it just remains cancelling without doing anything. I am usually pretty good at fixing things but this one has me stumped. If I could just do a restore, i feel like i could get it back to where it was before this started happening a couple of days ago,. Any help is appreciated. forex robot

hello, well my problem is the following. Yesterday I was on my Myspace home page, and out of nowhere I got a Avg alert of a worm virus. Also known as worm32 netsky. I did everything possible to remove this virus. I think I got it removed because before that instead of a wallpaper I had a green background and a bold red text saying " system infected" I know this worm32 netsky is a fake virus. I refer, is a virus saying you got viruses and it opens your internet browsers getting you to buy some anti-virus products. Well, getting to my problem. It seems I dont have that worm32 netsky virus. But now if I go to google, bing, or any other search engine. Instead of taking me to a relevant site of the thing I search it takes me to here:http://www.everydayhealth.com/womens-health/osteoporosis/index.aspx?ga=0&xid=msek_osteoporosis&ref=D5AECA91-5D32-4B74-B11E-B05BDD1AA38B&utm_source=msek&utm_medium=CPC&utm_term=movie or some other random site. I know this is some kind of virus but what is it? I tried scanning my computer with avd but everybody knows avg sucks so that didn't do anything. I tried malwarebytes and 20min scan and nothing spybot nothing so, what can I do computer: HP operating system: XP please help forex robot

I have AVG anti-virus, Spybot and Malware Bytes installed, can Microsoft Essentials replace all these? Does the Essentials program use alot of system resources? unlock iphone 3g

Recently, my clipta.com toolbar seems to be malfunctioning. Whenever I want to download a video, it only allows me to download a small portion of a video - say, I wanted to download a 99MB video, I was only able to download about an eighth of it. I do not know what is happening, but I have also been experiencing from strange redirections - when I click on a link from a Google Search, I get redirected all the time to another page completely, and I have to go back and do it a few times before it works, sometimes. Could it be a trojan or a virus or something? - because all my troubles started, I think (but I'm not that sure) when I downloaded a .exe file. When I opened it, it didn't work. My security software detected a threat, and labelled it as "High" in risk level. Changes, according to my Internet Seurity Software, have also been made to my system files. It also seems that it may be a trojan horse. Could this be linked to my inability to download FULL versions of videos using my clipta.com toolbar? I use Mozilla Firefox (v. 3.5.5). Or could there just be a bug in Firefox or my clipta.com toolbar? I need a a solution to my problem. unlock iphone 3g

okay i have the security tools virus and tried everything,it will NOT let me download at all, everytime i open a program to download it opens for one second and closes and a security program comes up again, also cannot click my RUN and open anything from there, what else can I do to get rid of this virus , maybe is there another program i can download that my computer will let me, help please and thankyou unlock iphone 3g

It seems avira can't open and scan the files containing the virus, ive tried spybot, but it only removes spyware and not the virus itself. Its causing the my computer to run extremely slow, its always oprating on 100 percent even if im not doing anything, any tips on how to remove it? thanks in advance unlock iphone 3g
